  20. Guys. lost crazy amounts of weight does not need to be hard (I used to think it did). I will give you some advice now.     2. @Valerie Sepanik yes I have a flat belly and if you already have a flat belly then you’ll see results way faster … but if you even have a tiny bit of fat then consider doing cardio for 6 months to melt all of that and then do the abs workout because that’s what I did and here I am with amazing abs…

  34. Hey everyone, I did this challenge, I just finished it yesterday. I didn’t follow any diet, I only tried to drink lots of water and green tea. Results: my belly muscles are definitely stronger than they were on day 1 AND I can see 11 line slowly showing up. My belly looks better in general, it is flatter and more toned. It was pretty easy to motivate myself, because it is only 5 minutes 😄 I recommend this challenge for beginners that have a hard time motivating themselves and never really liked to work out.     day one: felt like nothing haha. happy these are so quick!!
    day two: wasn’t feeling well today but i did it. felt quick but a little more tiring. not seeing a difference as expected
    day three: well my day took a turn with me in an elbow brace. still, i did it just with some modifications. not sure if it’s the elbow or the workout but i felt a little more shaky. i feel like i saw i tad bit of difference this morning too!!

    please keep in mind i am a competitive swimmer who trains 15-20 hours a week normally and a usa women’s size 2-4 already. i’m not expecting these to really be hard or to see much difference, just need something to take off that quarantine pudge

    This has been my 2nd challenge and 4 weeks of ab workouts!. Before this I was feeling quite bad about myself and decided to try out lillies videos. I’ve actually seen results! I would be bloated all day and now I’m not as much and my stomach is flatter. Doing lillies workouts made me feel so much better about myself. I feel a lot of strength and muscle in my core. I would definitely recommend trying her challenges💗

    Results: This was a fun 14 day workout! Obviously you can’t see dramatic changes in two weeks, but I did see some! My waist feels so firm and strong and I have this slimmer waist feeling and look! I. I recommend doing these 14 days if you want a slow pacing, not as hard, effective workout for your waist. I have thrown this video in with a bunch of other videos and it has definitely worked a lot in all different areas! Thank you guys for all the nice support in the comments! If you think that you can’t do this, you definitely can, the hardest part is just getting started, and once you do that you can accomplish a lot!

  55. I am on about day 9 (i lost track lol) and I see progress. I have lost lower belly fat (so i think) and feel like my stomach is getting smaller when i sit down there isn’t as many rolls. Will update on maybe Tuesday next week and tell my overall thoughts.

    day 1- OW. i literally can’t do crunches correctly so i have to do sit ups with something holding my feet down (or else i rely on my neck and i get no benefits) but i felt really proud after i finished!

      La verdad es que los ejercicios de Lilly son pesados pero creo que valen la pena.
      Si eres consistente notas los resultados relativamente rápido, solo recuerda que todos los cuerpos son diferentes. 🥰
      Algo que te puede servir es que, a mi me cuesta mucho bajar de peso, pero no On los ejercicios de Lilly y Pamela Reif he tenido muy buen progreso.

    Day 3: ✅ Day 3 finished! At first my YouTube was down but it came back up around nine. I completed the workout. It still burns but I think I’m seeing a little progress.
    Day 4:✅Day 4 done! Why does this still burnnnn 🔥? Today I really didn’t feel like working out but I got over it. See you guys tomorrow
    Day 5: ✅ Day 5 done! I did late last night and forgot to post. Yesterday I was not feeling it at all but I took my measurements again. So far I’ve lost an inch on my waist and lower belly. See you on day six.
    Day 6:✅ Day 6 done! It was okay today. Still burns but I feel stronger.
    Day 7: ✅Day 7 done! Wow! One week done. Today I felt the burn. I re-measured my body and I lost an inch of my waist, lower belly and right thigh. I also lost half an inch on my left thigh. For a five minute workout and no change in my diet ( or a calorie deficit) I’m excited. See you tomorrow.
    Day 8:✅ Day 8 complete!!! Today it seems my stomach has shrink. This workout has done me well so far. I forgot to tell you guys on day 3 but I stopped doing the abs burn (30 minute workout) so these results are from the five minute workout.
    Day 9: ✅ Finished Day 9!!! Today was no different than the others, this stuff burns. See you guys tomorrow.

    Day 11:✅ still burns
    Day12:✅ Two More Days
    Day 13: ✅ Almost done!!
    Day 14: ✅ 🎈🎊🎉

  117. Hi Lily, i love your workouts ! But the titles are misleading and lead to people still believing that you can spot reduce, when that is not possible. Even if you explain it on your description, most people won’t read it and there’s no need to put that in the title when its not true.
