Chapter 59: Skin Care Tips for Pre and Post-Workouts – THE YESSTYLIST – Asian Fashion Blog

Besides your workout attire, deodorant, water bottle and headphones, do you make sure to pack skin care products in your gym bag? Whether you exercise in the morning, lunchtime or evening, it’s important to follow pre- and post-workout skin care routines to keep your skin clean and fresh.

This chapter covers all the tips you need for pre- and post-workout skin care. Get ready to upgrade your gym bag beauty essentials!  

For your morning workout:

If you prefer to work out first thing in the morning, keep your skin care routine simple. To avoid over-cleansing, just cleanse your face with water, followed by a light water-based moisturizer like COSRX’s Green Tea Aqua Soothing Gel Cream. Thanks to its quick-absorbing formula, you can start your workout in no time. If you plan to exercise outdoors, sunscreen should be the last step of your pre-workout skin care routine. 

Pre-workout routine:

You can start your cool T-shirt design for free using either Canva or Placeit or even Envato Elelements. Alternatively, if you prefer using a stand alone software you can download to your computer without eating up your wallet, then, my favorite is Art Text Design for Mac, though you may still use softwares like WordArt or simply check out Envato Marketplace for some cool and affordable products that may be used for the same purpose. You may also use free print-on-demand websites like Teepublic to sell items with your artwork designs printed on them and make some cool money from that.
