Bless you, I do textiles, I get many t-shirts that are in men’s size that are baggy for me so cutting it(or atleast folding) to a reasonable size is fine- Just literally do a folded hem with small parts (diagonal, front, back and sides) of sewing if done with hand, use a sewing machine if possible-
This is the only useful diy, sadly it was ruined at the start of the video with the fake elastic part- :’)

Well, considering they don’t actually accurately show what to do…. And as a textiles student… If you follow what they only show you, no, it will not work.
For that technique there are more steps than what they show.
Yes, it’s possible to do it if you understand textiles but requires a sewing machine and precision.

If you really want to know, I recommend looking elsewhere for the “draw string” technique- Their clip is completely useless to explaining it, I’m a textiles student and absolutely would not recommend these exact clips, look elsewhere for better diy videos that are actually helpful. 🙂
