You can start your cool T-shirt design for free using either Canva or Placeit or even Envato Elelements. Alternatively, if you prefer using a stand alone software you can download to your computer without eating up your wallet, then, my favorite is Art Text Design for Mac, though you may still use softwares like WordArt or simply check out Envato Marketplace for some cool and affordable products that may be used for the same purpose. You may also use free print-on-demand websites like Teepublic to sell items with your artwork designs printed on them and make some cool money from that.

Hey Zen, thank you for your informative and well done videos.
Good evening, but on creative fabrica example planner (i paid for the subscription) for commercial use, do i have to change them? or can i sell them as they are? i don’t understand. thank you so much
U are killing me with the word vintage used in every video lol
I am glad I found this clip 🙂 I tried to buy a bundle in Etsy the other day, I asked the seller about commercial use but she said all her designs were in RB already.
@Crypto Gee17 Wow! that is crazy….Thanks for sharing I was not aware of it
Have to be careful on Etsy, some of the bundles are not legit, some images stolen, or copyrighted. Just ask Detour Shirts, some of his stuff ended up in bundles on Etsy.
Thank you
Wow! THANK YOU! I have creative block! I’ve been in such a slump and this will totally help! …..again, thank you!
P.s. I’m in the USA and Canada has been looking so good for the past year, lol! Seriously, thinking about running away as soon as the border opens! Lol
Awesome. Thanks for this great content. And again, even if you talk fast, you still sound clear and relaxing, ’cause your tone is still soft and not like yelling.
thank you!
Hi Zen, I also use Fabrica and I use my income from Redbubble as an investment in Fabrica to, as you say, save time. I also think that the Swedish flag you use in your example is beautiful. Maybe not so strange … greetings from Sweden.
Just found your channel..great video… I’m going to have to watch more… thanks for sharing your knowledge
I have a question. If I do same design on fabrica is that a copyright?
I would always recommend using the design as base and then adding your own flair to it. So technically you have a commercial license but you COULD get nailed on copyright.
I never skip ads on this channel , killer content , a quick question apart from RedBubble, Teepublic and MBA which POD website you recommend worth trying.
Hey there – I appreciate the kind words! I would say the easiest POD would be Etsy partnered with a print company like Printful or Printify. Shopify is the gold standard (but also the most expensive).
Amazing content, really amazing Man👏👏💚
Thanks for the video, I’ve used your link and grabbed one of the make your own bundles which is awesome – I love procreate so with these assets and a dash of imagination I should come up with something wonderful, so thank you and much gratitude for taking the time to get this information out there. 💐
THANK YOU VERY MUCH
Thank you for putting this video together. Most appreciated.
I should probably explain myself as to not confuse anyone in comments anymore. Zen watercooler is right about the video. The problem is, all the designs have been made by pod sales people just like you guys are.
The problem is, if you don’t change it significantly, the artist who posted his art on creative fabrica has already used it on sites like redbubble and teepublic (this was confirmed by creative Fabrica) and that is why if you don’t change the design significantly, the artist can report you to redbubble or pod sites as a pixel by pixel copycat. This is what I meant by my comment below. My 2 cents, it isn’t worth it unless you are skilled with illustrator or maybe photoshop… thats all I meant. Great video though as per usual.
Yes agreed – I am always an advocate to use the base design as a base and then add art to it (so it becomes your own unique design). I never upload it “as is” – sorry if that was not clear in the vid
Great information- thanks and cheers
Great info as always! I use Creative Fabrica but I’ve been basically ignoring the free designs with sayings because I didn’t want to have the exact same thing as another seller. Love the idea of using those designs but adding to them.
Just yesterday I downloaded that same design of tea 🤣🤣justb shop
Love your channel. It’s very helpful. Quick question… On my Redbubble dashboard I have had a few people favorite my designs but when I click on their name/store to check out their designs to reciprocate nothing shows up. No store no designs just a name or letters and numbers with a generic avatar. Do you think they are trolling for designs? Thanks for your help.
@Zen Watercooler Thank you for replying 🙂 I do have my designs watermarked but do you have a preference on which watermark to use for Redbubble? I looked to see if you had a video on watermarks I thought you did but I couldn’t find it. Very much appreciated for you taking the time to answer my questions.
I have thought the exact same thing. I suspect you might be right. They could also just be customers (not every account has a shop).
This is great, thanks, I will use your link
I just bought a lot of stuff, this is what I needed
Great thank you. Please any tutorial video on : how to combine a great pod company ( teechip , teespring..etc) with Etsy (to make sure to sell each day ) ? Thanks
I always feel so grateful for what you shared, have a good day
If you buy a subscription and use design downloads…once you cancel your subscription you can’t use those same stored design downloads on NEW products. No biggie.
If you buy a subscription and then cancel at any time after, you’re not allowed to then use the items you downloaded before you cancelled. I find this frustrating. The only exception to that are the Craft files, I believe. I’m thinking of cancelling my subscription that I got cheap over a year ago as it’s costing me a lot more than I’ve made in sales. Better to get the freebies.
Yes and I apologize, I probably should have put this in the video – I always add (significantly) to the design (like the example with the flags) so even if anyone were to appear magically and yell foul, they would have an incredibly difficult time proving that you modified design is in any way the same as the original B&W design.
Very Nice Information
Your videos are always helpful 👌🏼
Thanks! This will be a huge asset.
I couldn’t hit the video fast enough!!!!! Thanks 😊😊😊
It should be mentioned that on the licence page it goes on to say that you are prohibited from using a graphic “as is” for print on demand, without considerable changes. To use a graphic as it comes, you need to have a full POD licence (by becoming a member), but the freebies don’t come with that.
I used creative fabrica, beware because they will tell you specifically that you must change the pre-made design significantly in order to use it on print on demand. I have the email explaining that. It almost cost me my Walmart account.
@Fabiano Pina Is it easy to sign up with WM and do POD with them?
@Biz Profitable you are right but, Walmart is jumping in on POD. That’s what I was talking about when I said my Walmart account.
@Fabiano Pina Hi Fabiano, yeah I hear you, the mention of Walmart and Creative Fabrica kinda sounded like Walmart was jumping in on POD, lol..But I think your just using it for graphics for Walmart affiliates products, am I right?
@Biz Profitable i used creative Fabrica for designs and svgs, my Walmart account is not related. I sell on Walmart just like most sell on redbubble etc… did that answer your question?
Fabiano, how did you use Creative Fabrica with your Walmart account?
Awesome
Can I upload these shirt on redbubble??
As I can understand, they are free but you cannot use them for commercial use (for POD i.e.) if you don’t pay for a license, right?
@Mpampis Mad No problem 🙂
@Lynn M I see. Sorry for my questions, but I want to be 100% sure that I can use this material without any problem in the future! Thank you again!
@Mpampis Mad Yes, as far as I know all the graphics including freebies come with a basic commercial license, unless you have a subscription. They all say what the license is right under the download button, with a link to the terms page.
@Lynn M do you mean the Basic Print on Demand (POD) Usage text? Is this the license type that comes with the freebies?
You can, but with changes. Look at the single sales license page, it gives you examples of what you can or can’t do with items that fall under the basic commercial license.
For the next 5 hours you can get 1 month membership for 1 dollar that renews to 19 dollars.
I did that last month and I have downloaded dozens of fonts and hundreds of graphics in a month , such a great resource
Thank you for sharing . You are awesome.
Great resource. Freepik is similiar and has a lot of free vectors and photos.
I like easy 👉🧡🧡
The underrated diamond
Very informative as always
Great video again
Great information
using vpn will make your account suspended on redbubble?
@Bill Data no problem. All the best!
@Mpampis Mad thanks alot , the site i was using the vpn for in another site not POD site . i really thank you for the advice and i wish you all the best
@Bill Data there’s no need to do something like this because RB and the majority of the POD sites are accepting users worldwide. On the other hand, many sites have software and detect if a user uses a VPN and this is like a thread for them. So, I advise you to not use VPN to access RB or any other POD site.
@Mpampis Mad i was using vpn for another website in the same time redbubble was open too so i got suspended 🙁 so i thought maybe thats why cus i used diff countries in vpn lol
Why do this?
You reveal all this great information for free. Bless you
ok! thank you so much
I hope you make tuts about how to edit the bundles. Thanks for your content
Wow
