How To: EASY CUSTOM DIY GRAPHIC PRINT TEES!

You can start your cool T-shirt design for free using either Canva or Placeit or even Envato Elelements. Alternatively, if you prefer using a stand alone software you can download to your computer without eating up your wallet, then, my favorite is Art Text Design for Mac, though you may still use softwares like WordArt or simply check out Envato Marketplace for some cool and affordable products that may be used for the same purpose. You may also use free print-on-demand websites like Teepublic to sell items with your artwork designs printed on them and make some cool money from that.

Me after making 100 fake nike shirts

    *bussines is boomin

  2. Tysm Im working on opening my own online store but I don’t have a Machine to do the design on my shirts

    1. You can… but please keep in mind this is a DIY. It’s not made to last forever but because it’s so easy you can just continue to make more 🙂

  3. I got my grandma a blue tote bag for Christmas but it’s like plain so I’m tryna add something to it THANKS I just need a find a printer with ink in 2 days🤔

  4. do you find yourself using a lot of ink? like do you end up spending more for ink than if you were to try a service that does this? i really am excited to do this and i was just wondering 🙂

    1. It depends on what we print. We buy XL ink anyway and usually don’t use our printer for much else so it’s worth it for us.

  5. Thank you so much for the tutorial because all my friends love my Instagram pfp and told me I should sell shirts with my I Like Bread insta pfp.

  6. Is it really long lasting? Please answer me for our educational business youre answers are highly supeerrr appreciated! 😩

  7. What type of “tissue paper” are you using to iron over the design with?
    Thank you for the inspiration

  8. Questions:
    – Will washing the clothing when the prints are fully dry ruin the images.
    – Can you do this with Hoodies. ( I’m asking this because usually Hoodies are a thicker article of clothing. )

    Awesome D.I.Y Tutorial. 😄👍

  9. Can you make the picture bigger on the shirt because I wanna make my own business with this and I need the picture Bigger

    1. @In Living Other okay dope thanks for replying! i actually noticed i have that printer, but a white version. thanks again

  10. Looks great! I’ll be sure to try it. One question, how well does the print stay on the shirt after washing it?

  11. Thankssss
N the outfits fits soo well , actyally i think the tittle supposed to be “street style” ❤

  12. Hi, great video! how do you this with a transparent image? I want to put the outline of an image on a shirt. Is that possible?

    1. You’d have to create whatever the outline is in a program like photoshop and then cut the outline out using an exacto knife. That’s be the best option.

    1. @In Living Other btw, I printed from walmart printer because my old printer broke. Will it still work?

    1. If you’re using transfer paper for light colors, the transfer paper backing should be pre-cut off and just needs to be peeled at the cut seems. Read your instructions and make sure you have the right paper.

    1. @In Living Other never purchased not quite sure how I would know the care instructions 💁🏾‍♂️

  13. I like this. Some black women who actually are not white washed. They actually look up to black people .

  14. are the clothes washable…can someone share a link to a clothing that has this kinda print that has been washed

  15. Hey quick question I’m staring my own clothing and I was wondering how long do the designs last on the shirt ? As far as the quality of the Graphics after wash and dry?

    1. They have care instructions so those instructions need to be followed but they are like any other graphic tees

    1. All the images are copyright. Since we’re not selling the shirts it doesn’t matter. The point is, you can’t make money from someone else’s work. If you aren’t tryna make money, you’re good.

  16. What happens when you wash them cloths? Do the print worn out? Or they will still look good after a few washes

  17. ok i gotta go into work so i cant finish the video rn but imma see if yall answer this first, if i get transfer paper, do i need to use my own printer to get the images on there and does the printer need color in it? or is there somewhere i can go to get this done? i sound dumb ik but i dont have enough money to get color in my printer lmao

    1. You need an inkjet printer, if your image has color, you’ll need colored ink. Most places don’t have inkjet printing so unfortunately that might not be an option unless you have a colored inkjet printer at work or something. Thanks for watching love ❤️

  18. for the transfer paper that they used , can you use it for dark and light shirts ? because ik some of the transfer paper don’t work in dark t shirts or some in light .

    1. They have ones specifically for light and darks, but transfer paper for dark fabric can work on anything.

  19. Wow! I am so glad I found these! I like to edit and make my own cool pics of kpop, anime, etc. Now I can put them on shirts! Ty! ✨
I have a question tho, does it have to be the canon printer or can it be any other?

  20. This was a Great video! Thanks for teaching me how to iron drawings or pictures onto t-shirts because I have been trying to do it for so long! 😀

  21. How long will a graphic stay on a shirt? After a few washes does it start cracking and peeling away? Loved the video btw! 🤙🏽

  22. thank you for this, my friend passed away last night and Friday is his vigil so i’m making a shirt in honor of him.

  23. So can I ask a quick question?…how many washes can you give to the shirt until the sticker starts deteriorating? And what’s the name brand of the transfer paper?

  24. It’s awful. All you do is talking with no smile. After 30 minutes I still don’t know what you guy are doing

  25. How do you avoid copyright with specific anime characters and other things? Like say I take Gon from HxH and put a aesthetic type background, that’d be safe?

    1. If it’s personal, there is no copyright. Try to make money on them and you run into issues. If you want to sell, buy the license or create your own artwork

  26. Procreate + this shirt printing diy= meerrrch!
Btw is it machine wash safe and is there a specific setting for both?

  27. I already print out the paper, then I look up how to do it and I find out that I need to print it with transfer paper

    1. 🤔🤔 not sure if bikini material will work, so we’d say probably not unless it was made with cotton like fabric.

  28. Hey there! My name is Oliver, and thank you so much for this video it helped a lot! Just one question that I hope you guys can answer, I’m actually gonna cosplay Karkat Vantas from Homestuck, but his sweater is too expensive so I came to youtube for a solution and came across this video, the symbol on his sweater is the Cancer zodiac sign symbol so it’s reallyyyyy skinny, will this method still work if I try it with the symbol?

  29. Me: “hey mom can I get transfer paper?”
    My mum: “sure sweetie”
My t-shirt that nobody will see cuz quarantine: **surprised pikachu face**

  30. wait I have 1 question I saw a lot of vids saying you have to flip/rotate the image how come you didnt do that

    1. In Living Other I am using dark transfer paper on a white shirt if I don’t cut out the background what will happen would it just be clear also if I was to do the same with a black shirt would it be clear or can u see the background

    2. With transfer paper for dark fabric you don’t have to flip the image. If you use transfer paper for light fabric, you have to flip it.

  31. Hey can you please help me know, that for how much time will the print stay? & also for how much time do we have to run iron over the tshirt? And lastly can we use any fabric tshirt?

    1. Forever. If you buy the transfer paper, it literally has all the info you’re looking for in the instructions

  32. Thank you so much for your video,
I have a simple question: How resistant are the pictures to stretches and washings?
Thank you for your answer in advance.

  33. Then:we can go to store and but shirts after seeing this video
Now:we can go to store to buy toilet paper in quarintine

  34. My sis, and her friends are gonna see who gets the most anime merch guess I’m winning even though I’m not in the challenge

  35. can you wash these? im trying to start a pride company based in my home country. im looking to customise some shirts. would help a lot. thanks!

  36. Q: Do I need transfer paper for dark shirts and transfer paper for light colors shirts? or it doesn’t matter?

  37. How long does the image last on the shirt? Do you use different ink? I’m looking forward to doing this sometime!

  38. Thank you so much this was such a big help, I am thinking on starting a business, and putting my designs on t-shirt, but I didn’t know how to put them on the t-shirts, and this helped so much, thank you!

  39. Wow I’ve been all over google and YouTube looking for a video with a simple technique, thank god I found this!! So perfect

  40. My family has been screen printing and doing t-shirts, graphics tees, vinyl for generations and I’m getting into it I’m just because I wanna start my own business

  41. Quick question, does it have to be that specific printer that you mentioned on the description box or can it just be any printer?

  42. just note- this is for INK jet printers only… I was trying to figure out why it wasn’t working. I have a laser jet :0 🙁

  43. I have a question about the shirts like I want to make them for family but if the shirts were to get dirty how should I wash them ?

  44. Whelp I started designing and since I’m 10 I can’t go to the store to get stuff for embroidery patches so imma try this

  45. How long does the print last? Or how many times after a wash the print will fade? Thanks for answering ✌🏽

  46. Thank You so much for this! I am thinking about starting my own small business …this is what I needed …thank you!

  47. I tried it and it didn’t work I feel stuck😩💔
It keeps sticking on the transfer paper or parchment paper and I’m about to give up😪

  48. Ok I love this tutorial and it works very smoothly!! Buttttt i have a question, when I’m designing my product and ironing it,once I’m ready to take off the tissue paper, for some reason it sticks on very badly, and leaves peace’s stuck! How do I fix that problem??

    1. You aren’t ironing evenly or long enough. Are you using the fabric transfer paper for dark fabrics? If so, sometimes it takes quite a few passes to evenly heat the design to the shirt. Although it shouldn’t be sticking to your tissue paper at all so maybe try parchment paper instead.

  49. i wanna get into making shirts and maybe masks and i saw this and i really wanna try it out, does anyone know how long these designs tend to last?

  50. OMG BEST DETAILED VIDEO !! sooo SMART getting t shirts from goodwill genus idea saves money!! I’m gonna be rocking some cute shirts yay thank you guys 🙏 🥳

  51. I’ma be wereing a hoodie with lots of Jonathan brandis photos I been wanting one for a longgggggggg time and I can have one

  52. This is the BEST tutorial I’ve seen for this! Honestly! Constantly trying to find videos that help me step by step even what to put in the printer! Thank you so much for this!!💕

  53. I tried this and it worked so well and I’m really happy with my shirts. I just wanted to know how you guys prevented water staining or if that was even a thing. Like if I wash my hands and get a bit of water on the design, a discoloured blotch shows up

    1. In Living Other alright thanks anyways 😊. I got desperate and put some clear nail polish over it and it actually hid the stain it just has a bit of a shiny spot on it which I don’t mind
