  2. Love this! Have you found that ETSY says the Placeit mockups are the wrong size? Every one that I am trying to upload to my ETSY show gives me a NO GO warning that says the the “photo” size is not the right size of 2000 pixels. ALSO*** if you use a POD company like Printful for your ETSY products, the MOCKUP tee color selections are not the same. How have your managed that so that your customers do not get upset that the colors are not exactly alike?

    1. Thank you so much for watching the video! I actually don’t use Etsy so I can’t provide any feedback on this 🙁 Have you tried contacting Etsy’s help desk to see what the correct photo size is?

  3. when i subscribe to placeit and do all the design and downloading to website…who does the distribution of the raw item? how does all tht work pls @Stephanie Rodnez

    1. Great question! Placeit is just for your mockup. You need to choose a dropshipping supplier to print and ship your shirts 🙂 Make sure you grab my free T-Shirt Business Checklist! The link is in the description box.

    1. You mean can you sell the mockup you create using Placeit.net? Great question! You’ll have to check with Placeit’s website on this one 🙂

    1. @Stephanie Rodnez I was thinking paper; could mean that transfers could be used and tweaked in Photoshop. Thanks for your reply.

  4. I knew about place it.. but didn’t know how to upload to the mock up.. I was supposed to just upload the logo vs like a copy of the shirt from the website. I kept wondering why it looked like a bad photoshop job… smh 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. All better now though! Thank you!

  5. Thank you for this helpful video! Would you please tell me how you pick which image to use to match the actual t-shirt you are using (Bella + Canvas Unisex, Gildan unisex…and so on)? All the girls on Placeit are wearing a shirt with shorter sleeves and they don’t seem to match those uni-sex T-shirts.

    1. Great question! I just eyeball it. I keep scrolling until I find an image that matches what I’m selling.

  6. If I am buying a shirt from printful, is it advisable to get the mockup from placeit? The fit and style could be different right?

    1. @Stephanie Rodnez Do you think it matters that we use a mockup from a different website or do customers usually not care at all?

    2. Great question! Printful has a great mockup generator you can use so you could always grab your mockups from there

  7. Question: I’m starting my first store with Printful, but I want to use Placeit.com on my Shopify, because they’re much better. How do I do that?

    1. @Comedian Michael Joiner Hi Mike I just launched my store about 4 days ago I got 3 sales in a having started advertising yet I’ve made a profit but I’m still in a hole over all I think its gonna pay out pretty well I would advise it

    2. Are you happy with printful? Is it easy to use? I am a stand up comedian and I just wanna make about half a dozen T shirts to sell at my comedy shows thx!

    3. Great question, Rod! You would download the image from Placeit, then upload it to Shopify as your product description image

    1. @J. Ivey It’s kind of hard to explain in words lol, but you basically select the shape of the letter out of the box and delete it

    2. trying understand? You have the box but how is it you get the letters to show the shirt color i get the transparent part but im confused about the how to with the letters.

  8. Can i download free t-shirt mockup from placeit?
Today i download 2 free mockup without cost money.. So , I want to know you , Is this really true Or will my money be deducted later? let me know ,plz

  9. Just found this video thank you so much for this. I love your energy! question what about mockups for a certain brand of blank tshirts?

    1. Awww yay, welcome to the Godlywood Girl sisterhood Jenifer!! Placeit will let you choose the brand you’d like 🙂 xoxoxo – Stephanie (Godlywood Girl) Rodnez

    1. Hi Huck! Thanks so much for the encouragement 🙂 I’m not sure about your question… do you mean can you create a mockup on teespring?

  10. Hello, after downloading 2 designs from placeit is it possible to mix them and change their colors, or adding text to them using photoshop?

    1. lolol!!! Right? The only thing is that you have to pay for it. The other options I showed you on the accelerator are free!

    1. Stephanie Rodnez I Hope this is okay to say on this platform I really wanted one you of your shirts, but you do not carry my size. I love the Purpose-preneur.

  11. Great video! I have a question… how does this program interface with your Print On Demand supplier? For example, are you able to drop the mock up design onto a tshirt using Printful? Thanks so much for the info! Love your videos 😍

    1. @Stephanie Rodnez I would be keen to know this also – I think she is asking how you get the exact design you have on printful using place it?

Is there a way to interface the exact t shirt you have in printful to place it to have a model wear it?

Or do you just have to do this manually?

    1. Hey beauty! You can use fiverr.com, upwork.com, 99desigs.com or any graphic designer whose work you like 🙂 Just make sure you send them a brand board so they know exactly what you’re looking for with your designs! xoxoxo – Steph
